Problem Academic license activation

Hello,

I am Structural and Geotechnical Engineering student in Federico II Naples University. After having requested it I obtained the academic license; but when I try to register and activate it, an error window opens. The error the error message says: "Access violation at address 04E20D2C in module 'SeismoStruct_it.exe'. Read of address 4A832BC0.".There is a solution for the problem?

Please help.
